Parking Information

  • Assigned covered parking for 4-6 vehicles, size dependent.
  • Two bays fitting 4-6 vehicles are designated below the unit.

  • No events allowed, including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum rental age is 25 years.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • A valid government photo ID and signed rental agreement are required for every reservation.

Fees and Payments

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours and within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be processed unless the dates are re-rented. If re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Bed linens provided; beds will be made with clean sheets.
  • Bath towels will be provided and placed on the end of the beds.
  • Bathmats provided in each bathroom.
  • Kitchen towel and dish sponge provided.
  • Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.
  • Bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Elevator Policy

  • The elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA compliance or wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating during your stay. No refunds will be issued for elevator closures.

Pool Notice

  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Pool closures may be dictated by the HOA, Health Department, or after severe weather. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for pool closures.
